  5. Bookings and Payments All bookings and transactions are processed securely through our platform. Users agree to honor confirmed bookings, adhere to agreed terms, and follow our cancellation policy.

  6. Fees and Commission Pawfetcher may charge service fees to both sitters and customers. These fees are disclosed at the time of booking and are subject to change with notice.

  1. Reviews and Content Users may leave reviews and upload content. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use this content for promotional and operational purposes. Offensive or inappropriate content may be removed.

  2. Limitation of Liability Pawfetcher is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from services booked through the platform. We do not guarantee the conduct or performance of users or service providers.
